I've been so busy lately, I can hardly get to the dojo.

Basically I've only been going once a week, just to stay in touch. But I have been doing double classes so the intensity is always high.

Next week I should be more centered. I am going to commit myself to a healthier/stricter diet and I am going to write down a training schedule for myself. This schedule will cover Aikido as well as my weight training. By writing it down I am making a commitment to myself to stick with it.

It is the only way to train. OSU.
